I rented a 16’ Refrigeration Box Truck with a liftgate from Suppose U Drive for a full week during Valentine’s season, and the experience was excellent. Ricardo was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The truck was delivered on time, which was extremely important for my business, and the person who delivered and picked it up took the time to clearly explain how to use everything.

The truck itself performed very well, and I was very satisfied overall. Their service really helped my business run smoothly during a very busy time. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Jamie the manager made sure my rental went as smooth as possible. He helped me out in email, over the phone and in person. His staff was very nice as well. Their prices were also lower than the bigger companies. The trucks were all pretty new. Especially the one we had only came with 400 miles.

Great customer service from Oscar and Luis! Our truck was CLEAN and ran perfectly. Check in was quick and easy. We used after hours drop off with no issue. Heads and tails beyond Uhaul and Enterprise and it had our very much needed liftgate and the mileage charge was a fraction of other truck rentals. We won't be going anywhere else. Much appreciated! I got a great deal on a truck with a proper lift gate. It was easy to pick up and easy to return and the rate was very good. Truck was also very clean and parking on the street in Glendale was available and my car was fine when I returned. No problems.

The good people over at Suppose U Drive are very freindly. Very accomodating and always willing to help. I especially like there box trucks the 22'-24's becuase they have the self leveling liftgate and they are the extra big size, and thats a plus when you are loading larger items like truss etc on the truck. Trucks are always clean. Just a great experience everytime!

These guys are great. Had a last minute rental request and they hooked me up with a crew cab stake bed with 7x5 (ish) lift gate within 2 hours, to pick up industrial machinery from manufacturer. Friendly efficient folks, also allow for weekend key dropoff with a timestamp rather than making me pay full weekend rates. Will most likely ONLY rent from y'all in the future, so tired of getting taxed by other companies. Cheers!
